The principal of TechFore Group, LLC, Mr. Ganga Reddy, previously operated under the name Hilt Construction, Inc. The company was rebranded as TechFore Group, LLC when one of the partners at Hilt Construction retired.

In 1999, TechFore Group, LLC led the restoration of the Lambert Castle in Paterson, NJ. A historical landmark built in 1891 and recorded in the National Register of Historic Places, the Lambert Castle restoration required painstaking attention to detail and quality workmanship. Our successful restoration of the Lambert Castle earned us a reputation as one of the premier specialists in historical restoration in the country.

Today, TechFore Group, LLC continues to deliver projects to institutional, industrial and corporate clients with honesty, integrity and cost-effectiveness, 100% on time.

Our Qualifications

Highly qualified team with strong engineering and management skills to overlook complex general construction work. Company's main experience is concrete foundation and repairs, Facade Restoration & roof replacement, Structural repairs, below grade waterproofing, Interior Fitout, Addition & Alteration, and Green Roof installation.

Company experience include various federal, state, and public facilities. Perform several design build and emergency projects for several agencies. Project team is highly trained in maintaining Safety and QA/QC of the projects. Capable of performing remote operations using state of the art technology.

Currently the Company has 8 to 10M single & 20 mil aggregate bonding. Minority Owned/ SBE in State and local agencies. Company operates union and open shop employees highly skilled in individual trades.

Qualified General Contractor with certification with several NY city & State agencies, State of NJ, NJ Transit, Port Authority, and several agencies in Tri State area.

Work includes installation of stage lighting, Rigging, Sound System for the newly built Auditorium. Extensive coordination with several contractors hired by school. Also, includes installation of Catwalk, Spiral Stairs at stage, Wheelchair lift in orchestra pit, and minor finishes & carpentry work.
